Without consent, unwanted sexual activity of any kind is assault. At UNT, we're partnering with our students to take a stand against sexual assault and domestic violence. If the person isn't informed or sober, or if the 'yes' isn't freely-given, ongoing, and enthusiastic -- then it isn't consent.
