Residence Life

The primary focus of this area includes the residential experience, student engagement, leadership development, living-learning communities, and support for student well-being. This area also oversees residential conduct, behavioral concerns, and the supervision of live-in student and professional staff.

Housing Facilities and Business Services

The primary focus of this area includes maintenance, custodial services, furnishings, life safety systems, and capital improvement projects such as renovations and new construction. This area collaborates closely with the university’s facilities management, external contractors, and local vendors to ensure high-quality residential environments.

Housing Systems and Services

The primary focus of this area includes housing applications, room assignments, license agreements and billing. This area also manages the housing software systems, data reporting, and supports departmental communications and customer service.
