Eagle Post Mail and Package Lockers

Eagle Post is located on the first floor of the University Union and provides complete mail services including stamps, postage and shipping services. For full information please visit the Eagle Post website

Residents will receive email notification to their UNT student email account when mail or a package is received by Eagle Post that will include pick up instructions.   

A resident's address should be listed as follows:

Package pick up instructions: 

Mail pick up instructions: 

  1. Receive notification of delivery via email.

  2. Go to the Eagle Post locker location identified in the notification and enter the provided PIN code.

  3. Locker door will open for package retrieval.

  2. Go to the Eagle Post counter during normal business hours

  3. Provide your student ID

Packages not picked up within 10 business days will be returned to the sender.

Eagle Post hours of operation:

    • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
    • Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
    • Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
