An initial payment is required to complete a housing application.

New to UNT student housing applications - $400 application payment, which includes:

  • $50 Housing Application Fee
  • $350 Housing Pre-Payment - to be applied as a credit to the resident's balance after check-in

Returning UNT residents who paid a Housing Application Fee for a previous term:

  • $350 Housing Pre-Payment - to be applied to balance following check-in

Collected housing pre-payments will be applied to resident accounts after the term's census date.

Housing and Dining payment 

All Housing room and Dining meal plan charges are posted to each student's myUNT account with their tuition and fee charges for the semester.  Get more information on Payments through myUNT. 

Students are able to complete payment for their term balances using the following options: 

  1. Pay in full 
  2. Enroll in a Payment Plan for the term through myUNT

Billing details for room and dining charges are available by logging in to the student's eHousing account

Missed payment plan deadlines or payments received past the due date can result in a
$15 late fee charge that is applied to the student's myUNT account.
