The Eagles Teach cohort is designed for freshmen students majoring in Education (BSEd or secondary certification) who plan to become teachers. This cohort is grounded in the four core values aspired to by the College of Education Teacher Education Program: Identity, Inquiry, Activism, and Community

Students in the Eagles Teach Community Cohort live and learn in Kerr Hall with other first-year education majors. A dedicated COE faculty mentor provides support as well as organizes curated programs and activities related to first-year college life and the education profession.

The Eagles Teach cohort will be housed at Kerr Hall for the 2024-2025 academic year. Space is limited to 24 students.
