Bruce Hall
Much has changed since 1946 when Bruce opened as an all-female hall, but generations of “Brucelings” have created a reputation of community and hall pride for the oldest remaining residence hall on campus. Bruce is home to many music majors who benefit from in-hall music practice rooms and a Jazz Studies REAL Community. Students from various other majors also enjoy the unique culture of Bruce and its central location on campus.
Bruce is a hall full of tradition, including programs such as the annual Bruce Hall Haunted House, the semester-opening Pajamarama, and Bruce Jam, a 12-hour nonstop concert.
